The purpose of the role is to support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), and display performance campaigns (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases. /liliStrong analytical skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting. /liliOversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting-while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach. /liliMaintain a strong focus on client KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under pressure and tight deadlines. /liliAct as the main point of contact for clients on all digital marketing activities and trends, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliEnsure best practices and drive innovation across all digital initiatives, with a proactive and positive attitude. /liliSupport the digital leader in coordinating and motivating the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. /liliBuild strong relationships across Client Services and cross-channel teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor or Master\'s Degree in Communication or similar fields /liliMinimum 2 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results. /liliStrong expertise in DSPs such as DV360 and Adform. /liliProficient in search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Twitter). /liliSolid understanding of display performance media vendors and technologies. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. /liliKnowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools. /liliStrong analytical skills and financial acumen, with a structured and goal-oriented mindset. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /liliAbility to provide excellent customer service, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. /li /ulpLocation: Milan /ppBrand: Dentsu X /ppTime Type: Full time /ppContract Type: Permanent /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
