YOUR ROLE We are selecting an electronic engineer with good competence in verification, silicon validation, test engineering and embedded Non-Volatile-Memories. We are seeking highly motivated engineers: the position offers an excellent opportunity to growth own professional background joining Automotive e-NVM D2TE group (Design to Test Engineering team) which is actively involved in the whole process of engineering the memory IP from Silicon out to production grade phase. In this position the candidate will be inserted into a multifunctional team to take care of DFT verification and validation in the context of embedded NVM, working in tight contact with Design team, to reach the release of Design Approval Certificate (DAC). The resource will be involved in all aspects related to NVM testability (development of Test pattern and test program to be released to Product Engineers) and NVM working window conditions to ensure automotive grade functionality level. The activity foresees multiple interfaces giving the candidate the opportunity to interact in a dynamic multidisciplinary process and to develop a great wealth of knowledge (Analog, digital, DFT, software development). Main responsibilities of this job are: Silicon Validation: execution and review Definition of blocks and functions related to NVM IPs validation and testing Test Library definition, development, verification (dig/ana) and validation Test Program module development, validation, and maintenance Work in tight cooperation with TDP to retrieve NVM screening strategy and working window to be applied based on what developed for test vehicles Support the industrialization process (characterization, debug, testing) to grant a timely qualification of the IP. eNVM technology working window and bit-cell structure know-how Perform analysis on customer rejects and production issues to improve test coverage towards the zero defects target. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Master’s degree in electronic engineering 3 years of work experience. Experience in validation and characterization Experience in laboratory equipment usage (oscilloscope, microprobing, ecc) Experience in ATE systems usage (Automatic Test Equipment); appreciated Teradyne J750 and UFLEX Good understanding of analog and digital design blocks knowledge of digital and analog simulation environments is a plus Knowledge of Assembly and C++ programming languages is appreciated Good knowledge of English language Good communication skills (in English and Italian) Problem-solving attitude High level initiative and autonomy We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
