With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection). /li liFacilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team. /li liSupport Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy. /li liMonitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results. /li liCoordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.). /li liManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies. /li liImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments. /li liTrain new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers. /li liInteract trustfully openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
