- Drafting technical offers in line with inputs received from Marketing and Business Units, strictly respecting the deadlines stated in the tender notice.
- Maintaining contact with Marketing, Sales Force, and cross-functional teams throughout the various tender phases.
- Timely archiving of all documents related to tenders and offer preparation.
- Collaborating with all company departments in drafting tender specifications. **Required Knowledge and Experience**: - Educational background in legal or economic fields.
- Solid knowledge of public procurement and regulations in dealings with public administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take ownership.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and accurate in execution.
- Fluent in English with advanced Excel proficiency and a commercial mindset.
