Your Role
* Perform regular stock counts for bar, kitchen, and consumables.
* Record and update stock levels in inventory sheets or systems.
* Check and verify all deliveries for accuracy and quality.
* Organize and maintain storerooms, fridges, freezers, and cellar areas.
* Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and monitor expiry dates.
* Report stock shortages, discrepancies, and wastage to management.
* Support ordering by providing accurate stock information.
* The role includes responsibility for ordering drinks and managing purchasing as needed.
Required Skills
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in counting and recording stock.
* Good numeracy skills and basic computer/system knowledge.
* Ability to communicate clearly in English and German languages.
* Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar stock control or hospitality inventory role.
* Physically able to lift and move stock items when required.
* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
* Experience working in a pub, bar, or restaurant environment (preferred).
