We are looking for a Scientist with hands-on experience in analytical sciences to join our bacterial metabolite R&D unit, focusing on targeted and untargeted metabolite analysis using LC/GC-MS technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform LC and GC-MS analysis of bacterial metabolites in an R&D setting
* Interpret results using metabolomics software (MetaboAnalyst, LabSolution)
* Support experimental design, data analysis, and report writing
* Assist with lab maintenance and reagent inventory management
Required Skills & Qualifications
* MSc in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
* Documented experience with LC and/or GC-MS chromatographic analysis; MS experience is a plus
* Familiarity with standard biochemical techniques (UV-VIS spectroscopy, SDS-PAGE, sample preparation/extraction)
* Good statistical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
