Our highly educated team is dedicated to creating an exclusivity factor, providing unique, once-in-a-lifetime tours, activities and experiences to travelers – from tours of the Vatican to authentic Parisian cooking classes, and everything in-between. The ideal candidate will have an ability lead our team in Italy between Rome, Florence, Venice and other cities, optimizing quality and costs across the board to deliver a premium branded product at a maximum value. Key Responsibilities: Tour Delivery: Ensure high quality products are delivered to consumers on time and in accordance with their online tour descriptions. This includes digital delivery and communication systems. Guide Management: Via your team, ensure top guides are assigned to tours and that reviews are consistently positive (4.65+). Monthly audits of guide self-assign results. COGS Management: Analyze, manage, and control costs of goods sold. Team Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to local teams of Tour Delivery Coordinators and guides to ensure seamless tour operations across all cities. Brand Management: Ensure ground team meets branding & uniform standards, on time, and receives positive consumer feedback. Performance Enhancement: Take ownership of departmental performance, identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Product Improvement: When necessary, find ways to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Communication: Provide regular updates in the form of presentations, reports, and emails with your manager and leadership. xpavfwm Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce B2C 3+ years of managerial experience in operations Degree in Economics, Business, Management, or a related field Skills: Fluent English (mandatory) Mastery of Excel (including PivotTables, LOOKUP functions, Text Functions, Power BI Integrations) Proficiency in SQL Data Analysis: Dashboard creation, KPI creation & management Familiarity with Project Management Software: Jira, Smartsheet At The Tour Guy we offer equal opportunities.
