What you can expect
The Team Leader Inside Sales Hunting will manage, motivate, and support our team in Milano. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the team's success and fostering a positive work environment. You will identify opportunities for team development and drive continuous improvement. By fostering a culture of open communication and accountability you will help your team reach high performance.
In particular he/she will be responsible for:
* Overseeing team activities (customers inbound acquisition)
* Ensuring efficient workflow and managing workloads
* Monitoring team KPIs and ensuring achievement of targets
* Delivering support, training, and coaching for employees
* Participating in recruitment processes
* Managing team-related HR administrative tasks (e.g approval of holydays, leave...)
* Managing customer acquisition through inbound and outbound calls or emails
* Providing prospects with information regarding DKV's products and services
* Supporting and facilitating the implementation of new processes or procedures
* Preparing reports and performing data analysis
What makes you stand out
* Preferably > 5 years of sales experience
* At least > 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* Strong results orientation
* Data driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)
* Empathetic and positive communicator
* Team management with motivational and empowerment approach
* Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
