Responsabilities
Ensure the appropriate support to end-users [by stream]
Provide training to end-users
Accountable for process solving issue
Accountable for capturing incidents and defects raised by end-user, analyzing the issue, identify workaround and/or transmit to the appropriate support team
Accountable for testing of new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution
Accountable for proposing solution improvement to RBPE team
Leader for data consistency [by stream] and perform survey for coherence of data with key users of other streams
Manage the account access [by stream] according to the internal control rules
Manage corrective action plan whenever needed
Animate the key indicators - effectiveness metrics & KPI - [by stream]
