Pre-Sales Expert
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our business development efforts. This full-time, remote position is based in Italy and requires strong technical expertise and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through roadshows or workshops and support business growth.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and introduction of solutions.
* Maintain relationships with partners and build trust through in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks required for pre-sale support.
* Educate partners on EcoFlow products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of key USPs.
* Collect valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners, working closely with R&D to improve EcoFlow products.
* Provide insights and suggestions based on technical know-how, helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or electro-mechanical equipment.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles, with a preference for Residential Energy Storage industry experience.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and in teams across diverse departments.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles, speaking, or delivering training to groups.
* Ability to listen and understand customer needs, and think and find solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry is a plus, along with willingness to learn continuously and grasp new, complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Polish, Dutch is a plus.
