We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer with expertise in UX/UI design to lead the development of an intuitive and visually engaging knowledge base within Frontify. This role combines technical proficiency with user-centered design principles to create a seamless experience for internal teams and external stakeholders accessing brand and service documentation.
Design & Develop Knowledge Base: Maintain a structured, user-friendly knowledge base in Frontify, ensuring content is easy to navigate and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
UX/UI Optimization: Apply best practices in UX/UI to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience for the knowledge base platform.
Frontify Configuration & Customization: Configure Frontify modules, templates, and integrations to support dynamic content and scalable architecture.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, brand managers, and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent information delivery. Governance & Compliance: Actively communicate with and push collaborators to keep content updated and accurate, enforcing standards to maintain the platform as the Single Source of Truth.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Documentation & Training: Create guidelines and provide training for internal teams on how to use and update the knowledge base effectively.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Frontify platform configuration and integration.
UX/UI Design Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Understanding of access control, permission mapping, and data governance best practices.
Experience in building knowledge bases or digital asset management systems.
Background in customer experience or brand management environments.
