Full responsibility for the local Statutory Reporting Requirements of companies in scope of this managerOversee the preparation by a 3rd party provider of the local Statutory Financial Statements of companies in scopeCoordinate and execute corrective action plans related to Statutory Financial Statements processesMonitor, analyze and review department work to develop more efficient procedures while maintaining high accuracyApply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structureServe as the key point of contact within the group on all technical statutory accounting queries and maintain relationships with external service providers, J&J; corporate tax teams, external audit teams (PwC), and local management teamsEnsure that all necessary closing statutory requirements are completedSupport J&J; corporate tax centers by gathering and delivering data in response to corporate tax matters for the companies in scopeEnsure standardized processes with local audits (PwC) and other third-party providers, including liaising with auditors and stakeholdersProvide detailed guidance on complex business issues and financial system issues to maintain overall controlMaintain close interaction with A2R Group and other Global Services Groups on specific statutory requirementsSupport projects by providing insights into local statutory and tax requirements or processesInteract with other Global teams to benchmark processes and address action plans

Languages
Fluent English is requiredFluent Italian is required
Previous job experience in one of the Big 4 companies or other audit firms preferredExperience in Italian statutory accounting and taxExperience with GAAP conversions and related agenda
