Job Description
The Digital & CRM Assistant will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing activities, including e-commerce management, visibility plans for e-retailers, and CRM communications. This role requires excellent analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and strong communication and relational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Digital team in day-to-day activities
* Coordinating content-flow and visibility plans for e-retailers
* Delivering CRM communications
* Optimizing and managing e-commerce content to promote growth and sell-out
* Managing daily activities of digital channels in conjunction with agencies and headquarters
* Maintaining monitoring of digital, social, and CRM activations of brand competitors and e-retailers
* Implementing new digital tools and applications
* Providing ad-hoc analysis and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Digital savvy and problem-solving approach
* Master's degree in marketing or economics
* Previous experience in beauty/luxury environment, digital team, or agencies (considered a plus)
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and relational skills
* Desire to learn, proactivity, and ability to work in a team and independently
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English (other languages considered a plus)
