Project Coordinator Data Center (m/f)
Business Unit: Powergen (Fulltime | 40 hours)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for the parent company’s project team, customers, internal stakeholders at Rolls‑Royce Solutions Italia, and external suppliers.
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate effective resource coordination, ensuring team members are equipped to meet project objectives.
- Identify and elevate risks, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
- Contribute to project cost monitoring and financial administration, including invoice processing, purchase order management, and monthly budget tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of project documentation, including uploading required materials to customer portals.
- Prepare regular project status reports and updates for the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.
- Track task progress and proactively follow up with team members to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to effective communication across stakeholders.
- Coordinate the onboarding of the service department and manage the structured handover following project commissioning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical direction.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the technical sector, preferably with site work.
- Technical knowledge of complex generator set systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (German is a plus).

Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 annual gross (depending on seniority).
