Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. We are currently looking for a talented Community Manager to join the Secret Media Network team, specifically to support Secret Milano and Secret Roma! The role is perfect for a social media savvy person who can create and manage original, engaging content focused on life, tips, and trends across Italian cities for our platform.

Drive audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) by scheduling content, writing copy, and monitoring content and channel performance.
\n
Create high-quality and engaging text and visual content for these social media accounts. Evaluate and develop the local/regional content strategy for our audience. Create, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
\n
Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media platform performance.
\n
Stay current with social media trends and source content accordingly (both original and third-party).
\n
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, maintaining the Secret Media Network editorial voice in headlines and copywriting across multiple verticals and platforms.
\n
Always open to creating new digital deals and partnerships!
\n
Work with the Social Media Teams and Editorial Executives to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content across all platforms.
\n
Conduct research, gather insights, test new tools, evaluate trends, and adapt practices accordingly.
\n
Native Italian and proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
\n
Passionate about Social Media, with a degree or equivalent experience focusing on digital portfolio projects.
\n
Stays up-to-date with digital technology trends. Has a strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online. You have a knack for all things social—knowing all the right places to look for killer content.
\n
Proficient in Canva and CapCut, skilled in filming and editing short-engaging videos, and familiar with social media tools like Creators Studio, Storrito, Later; experience with design/editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator.

You’ll appear on videos and speak to the audience.
\n
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
\n
A Canva master and pro-editor of short-engaging videos. Experience with design/edit tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, etc.Home office friendly
