About the firmar Kap & Co is an advisory firm headquartered in Zurich (CH), with offices in Lugano (CH), Turin (IT) and Milan (IT), and a structured expansion plan across Europe.We support European SMEs and Principal Investors on Corporate Finance and strategic matters, with a clear focus on value creation and long-term positioning.Our approach is entrepreneurial, execution-driven and highly selective.Overview of the RoleFor our Turin office, we are seeking a Corporate Finance & Business Development Analyst Intern starting in March 2026.The role combines exposure to transaction advisory and strategic business development within a growing international boutique.You will support both:the early stages of M& A and strategic advisory projectsthe firm's origination and deal-sourcing strategy This position offers direct exposure to transaction sourcing, financial analysis, market positioning and relationship development within a high-performance advisory environment.WHAT YOU'LL DOCorporate Finance & TransactionsSupport the team in the early phases of M& A and strategic mandatesConduct structured research on M& A transactions, Private Equity activity and sector trends across EuropeAssist in target screening and preliminary strategic assessment (buyers / sellers)Contribute to financial analysis (initial valuation work, financial statement review, benchmarking)Prepare draft pitch materials, teasers and internal investment memosSupport long list / short list preparation and strategic positioning for mandates Business Development & OriginationContribute to the firm's deal sourcing strategy through structured market mapping and investor profilingSupport investor and corporate relationship intelligence (Principal Investors, PE funds, industrial buyers)Assist in building and refining outreach materials and positioning documentsManage and enhance the firm's CRM ecosystem as a strategic tool (pipeline tracking, segmentation, relationship monitoring, origination analytics) This is not a purely operational CRM role.
