Role

General Manager to lead and scale a group of digital education businesses.

What You’ll Own

You will work closely with the Founder and existing leadership teams, owning growth trajectory and operational performance.

• Define and execute product-led, community-led, and commercially driven growth strategies.
• Strengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystem.
• Bring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Build clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processes.
• Drive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial priorities.
• Identify and develop synergies across the platforms.
• Act as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in digital products, platforms, marketplaces or user-based businesses.
• Solid background in product-led growth, digital marketing, community and retention.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, KPIs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
• Understanding of AI-enabled products and how they can improve learning experiences.
• Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships or institutional business development.
• Strong people leadership and ability to manage senior, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills and international exposure.
• Fluency in English; Italian also important.
• Availability to work from Turin, with travel when needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, online learning or higher education.
• Experience with user-generated content platforms or communities.
• Exposure to subscription models, digital monetization or marketplace dynamics.
• Technical or STEM background.
• Experience in regulated or accreditation-driven environments.
