In order to improve their internal structure, they entrusted us with the selection of a Human Resources Clerk This profile hierarchically reports to the HR Manager. Main responsibilities : Measure payroll costs and all the analysis concerning the employees; Manage the HR budget, forecasting and indirect costs; Support Union relationships; Provide detailed reviews of employees' performance; Support internal communication and HR initiatives to improve the organizational environment; Recruit new employees according to business needs; Regularly update employee administrative variations; Manage and coordinate all types of requests from employees. Basic requirements : Master’s degree in Economics A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with HR processes and programs Knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Emotional intelligence and empathy Solid problem-solving skills Flexible and proactive attitude.
