We are looking for a : LEGAL OFFICER Role Overview We seek a motivated and experienced Legal & Contracts Officer to provide legal support across regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate / strategic transactions, and litigation management. Main Responsibilities Commercial contracts : Drafting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts with suppliers and customers. Commercial disputes : Managing commercial claims and extrajudicial disputes, negotiating and finalizing settlement agreements. Requirements Over 3 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or multinational company. Law degree. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail.
