To strengthen its Trade team, Artemest is looking for a Project Manager with an Interior Design background. The ideal candidate will join the Trade & Design Project Management Team, playing a key role in leading large-scale interior projects for our Business clients (Architects, Interior Designers, and Luxury Brands), while driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Project Management of B2B Interior Design Projects: Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of interior design projects—from client briefing to final delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Client Account Support: Act as the main point of contact for key trade accounts (e.g. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands), understanding their needs and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle. Concept Development & Presentation: Develop design concepts and moodboards; create customized presentations tailored to specific client goals and brand aesthetics. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with the supplier network to source materials and products, ensuring feasibility, availability, and alignment with project specifications. Budget & Margin Analysis: Evaluate project costs, margins, and commercial viability; provide value-driven solutions that meet both creative and financial goals. Regulatory & Technical Oversight: A ssess project requirements including certifications, technical specifications, and compliance needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Order Management, and Administration) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. Process & Workflow Optimization: Monitor project milestones, flag potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
