You will be collaborating with Technical Leads, Project Managers and customers beside local technical consultants and RD teams, and will have the responsibility to ensure proper delivery of the solution according to solution design, statement of work and ensuring the proper quality standards. /ppbYour role: /b /pulliInteract with RD team for the troubleshooting and root cause analysis, in case the issue arises during the implementation process /liliElevates most severe escalations to Senior Leadership for awareness and support, both in BU and market /liliEnsures feedback and safety allegations are submitted as to the stakeholders /liliDevelops and delivers knowledge sharing and technical seminars together with the respective BG/market to improve field/remote Specialists productivity and effectiveness. /liliScoping, designing, building, deploying and/or integrating solutions /liliFulfilling software implementation deliverables such as detailed system build, configuration and testing /liliAnalyzes the unique business, technical and clinical customer requirements to design, build and/or integrate the most appropriate solution /liliBased on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment /liliMentors and trains customers to maintain their systems /liliIs a customer advocate and leverages insights to drive product decisions /liliResolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support /liliDocumentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development /liliContributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects /liliPractices strong configuration management and version control /liliExecute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework /liliIs a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise /liliDrives continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback /liliRepresents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations /li /ulpbYou're the right fit if: /b /pulliBachelor Degree/Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field /liliGood programming skills, ideally 1-2 years experience with Database and SQL code, scripting languages such as Perl, PowerShell etc. /liliGood knowledge of Windows Server operating system /liliGood Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Server and storage technologies /liliIntermediate knowledge of networking /liliGood knowledge of ORACLE Database as a plus /liliProblem solving, analytical approach /liliTeam working attitude /liliExcellent oral and written communication skills in English /li /ulpbAbout Philips /bbrWe are a health technology company.
