Leverage analytical expertise and a deep understanding of the business to identify opportunities for optimization, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to Fendi's continued success in the luxury fashion market. Collaborate with the Global team based at the HQ in Rome and interface with other entities within the LVMH Group. Proficiency in machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms with a strong understanding of their practical applications. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address complex business challenges, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver actionable strategic insights. Analyze large, diverse datasets using advanced statistical and AI techniques to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations, transforming insights into data-driven recommendations for business stakeholders. Work with customer and sales data, particularly within a retail/consumer environment, to drive targeted business outcomes. Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including customer, sales, and operational data repositories. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business inquiries and support informed decision-making processes across the organization. Measure the impact and effectiveness of strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics and rigorous statistical methodologies; evaluate results of initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, well-defined data analysis projects. Communicate complex findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Actively participate in cross-functional projects, providing data-driven insights and support for key business initiatives. Manage relationships with data vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and data quality is maintained. Profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a data scientist role. Proficiency in Python and R programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools, mainly Power BI. Preferably experience with Dataiku. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Evidence of successful delivery of data driven analysis and recommendations to drive forward business performance. Critical thinking and attention to detail, highly organized with strong attention to luxury and detail. Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and data trends.
