The Industrial division of TXT E-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a PLM Support Specialist with at least 3 years' experience to join the our customer service team that supports customers in the use of PLM systems based on Aras Innovator and the company's proprietary products.
Main responsibilities:
Managing support tickets, understanding and classifying reported issues;
Providing solutions to user problems;
Involving other company groups when necessary to create a customised solution;
Collaborating with the R&D department by reporting product issues and enhancement requests and testing their implementation;
Generating reports on activities carried out;
Participating in customer projects, providing installation and configuration services, training and start-up support;
Improve customer support processes.
Required technical skills:
Experience in supporting (internal or external) users of IT products, ideally PLM, PDM or CAD;
Excellent knowledge of main office automation tools;
Good knowledge of RDBMS/SQL;
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of PLM or PDM products, or alternatively ERP systems;
Experience in training users of IT products;
Knowledge of mechanical design software;
Knowledge IT service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or management engineering, or other technical faculties.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of English (level B2), good communication skills, a strong aptitude for teamwork and multitasking, and will be focused on completing assigned tasks with accuracy and dedication.
