Job Description
We are currently seeking a WW Women’s LG Retail Merchandising Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
* Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reporting for leather goods categories
* Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (sell‑through, stock levels, top/bottom performers)
* Contribute to monthly merchandising calls.
* Monitor competitive activity and trends.
* Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.
Who you are?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
* Strong command of English. Knowledge of another regional language (e.g., French and Chinese languages) is an advantage.
* Excellent IT skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools).
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Curious, proactive, and solution oriented.
* Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.
