If you’re seeking a career that offers purpose and aligns with your values join us and start your #Redcareer today.Job DescriptionAbout the role:As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist within our Retail Media team, you will set up, manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns for our brand partners across both onsite (Redcare web & app) and offsite channels.You will be responsible for the end-to-end activation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of digital Retail Media campaigns across multiple platforms — ensuring best-in-class execution for every campaign, delivers great results, and contributes to the growth of Redcare’s Retail Media business in Italy.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven performance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. About your tasks:Set up, and activate Retail Media Campaigns onsite (Redcare web & app) for our brand partners and retail clients;Plan, set up, and activate Google Ads campaigns (programmatic, social, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and paid social campaigns for our brand partners and retail clientsMonitor campaign performance and ensure flawless delivery against client KPIs and revenue targets;Optimize campaigns in real time using Google Ads, ad servers, DSPs, and social platforms to maximize ROI and performance;Collaborate with Campaign Management and Ad Tech teams to ensure best-in-class execution and innovation in paid media strategies;Support reporting activities, post-campaign analyses, and cross-channel performance reviews to derive actionable insights and improve future activations
