We are looking for an IT Service Manager with experience in coordinating technical teams and managing complex IT services. The role is key to ensuring service quality, performance monitoring, and smooth communication with stakeholders.

What you will do Coordinate daily operations and technical team workflows Plan, organize, and oversee service activities Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and governance teams Monitor KPI/SLA and drive continuous improvement Manage operational issues and the full resolution lifecycle Analyze processes and introduce optimization methodologies Prepare documentation and regular service reports Support service strategy and prioritization What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Coordination, or Delivery Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred; certification is a plus) Strong skills in KPI/SLA governance and data analysis Familiarity with automation/versioning tools (e.g., Ansible Tower, GitHub) xpavfwm Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Willingness to travel as needed Fluent English Location: Milan (Hybrid) Seniority: Middle–Senior Contract: To be evaluated based on experience; freelance/independent contractor (P.IVA)
