Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail and phone calls.

Work model On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Requirements
Italian C2 level
