You will collaborating closely with the Division CEO and Business Unit managers to establish effective marketing strategies and plans that drive the achievement of their business objectives. Main Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of divisional and regional business partners, guiding their performance and fostering professional growth. Define KPIs and team goals that align with the overall marketing strategy of the group. Provide strategic marketing insights and promote initiatives that align with business priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans. Leverage market data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to develop impactful product marketing strategies. Create a marketing and content strategy centered around globally relevant topics. Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence and the Creative & Publishing Hub, to execute high-performing marketing campaigns. Requirements: A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Experience in multinational companies within the industrial services sector. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, business partnering, strategic planning, product marketing, or similar roles in a global context. At least 5 years of international leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing stakeholders within a technical business environment. Knowledge of digital marketing principles, technologies, and analytics to optimize engagement and conversion through digital channels. Proficiency in English; Italian and/or German is a plus. A confident, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
