We support clients in defining brand positioning, growth strategies and effective communication activities (e.g., brand health analysis, campaigns effectiveness). By listening to their needs, establishing research strategies, and providing relevant insights and recommendations, we help clients succeed.We are looking for a person who is passionate about all aspects of (market) research, dedicated to seeing a project through from beginning to end. You understand what our clients require insights on and perform the right analyses to deliver clear action points, in collaboration with other senior team members.ResponsibilitiesSupport senior colleagues from project proposal to final results' presentationPlay an active role in the delivery of projects including questionnaire design, sample definition, analytical plan and report, under the supervision of a senior team memberCooperate with all company functions (Operations, Sales, Data Scientists, etc.) to execute projects with proper timing and high-quality deliverablesConduct verbal presentations of key findings to the client, supervised by a senior colleagueMaintain daily contact with clients, understand needs and gather information, proactively identifying opportunities to share with the Sales teamRequirementsDegree (preferably Sociology, Statistics, Psychology, Economics)Ideally 1 to 3 years as a Quantitative Market/Ad-hoc Researcher in a Research Agency (preferably with Brand & Communication expertise)Italian native, fluent in written and spoken EnglishGood planning, organizational, analytical and project management skillsAbility to organize and manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgetsAbility to interpret dataFull proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel (medium)Preferable knowledge of advanced statistics (multivariate analysis, data processing)Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and entrepreneurial attitudeProblem solver, creative, can-do attitude with a mindset of solidarity and teamworkStrong desire to grow and help others developWhat we can offerWork in a dynamic environment engaging with local and global companiesHybrid work optionsInternal trainings with detailed onboarding agendaAccess to learning platformsStaff and team eventsAdditional InformationOur AI policy and safety: NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process.
