Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional mannerProvide product information and basic troubleshooting supportPresent product features and benefits, demonstrating value to customersPerform sizing and product selection for non‐complex applications by identifying the most suitable solutions within the portfolioBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with customersMonitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concernsDeliver high‐quality customer service and supportManage and resolve customer complaints effectively
Sales Support
Support the sales team with administrative activities and data entryPrepare quotations and sizing calculationsMonitor and update customer and opportunity information in the CRM systemProvide support during sales meetings and presentationsIdentify and create lists of potential customersMaintain and manage sales databasesSupport follow‐up activities related to customer opportunities and quotationsPrepare reports and sales‐related documentation
General Responsibilities
Maintain solid knowledge of products, services, and company policiesCollaborate with internal departments to improve the overall customer experienceContact customers to ensure satisfaction with products and servicesStay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to support the sales team with relevant insightsContribute to team success by supporting related activities when neededContinuously learn and adapt to new product launches and updatesWork closely with the operations team to help ensure on‐time delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or high school technical diplomaAt least 2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex informationProficiency with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce and CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in cross‐functional teamsGood command of the English language, both written and spoken
