Randstad Italia is seeking talented individuals to join its Delivery Center Permanent team as Assistant Store Managers. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will be employed by Lidl and participate in a comprehensive training program that includes both theoretical studies at the ITS in Florence and practical work experience at Lidl stores.
Job Description:
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager to optimize commercial and economic management of the store.

- You will serve as a reference point for colleagues and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Additionally, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies and implement effective plans to achieve business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Age: 18-29 years old;

- Degree of maturity or professional qualification;
>
- Ability to travel for training purposes;
>
- Both male and female candidates are welcome (L.903/77).
