Responsibilities
Supporting the marketing team with daily tasks for executing marketing campaigns and collaborating on events/activations.
Social posting & community management.
Influencer and media seeding management.
Communication assets requests.
Supporting the reporting of communication activities.
Retail seeding orders.
Assisting with the execution of retail campaign events: ordering, reporting, and organization.
Retail events organization support.
Asset requests related to retail and events.
On‐field support in organisation, material preparation, and vendor coordination.
Support on special projects within Brooks.
Support in event materials production.
Sport marketing seeding management.
Support in Run crew management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's student in business studies and/or marketing.
High energy personality.
Ability to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
Drive & energetic, trend‐conscious and sport‐savvy.
Strong attention to detail.
Creative in developing and executing ideas.
Proactive initiative with little guidance.
Capable of working with deadlines and multitasking effectively.
Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish or another European language is a plus.
Good knowledge of social media channels.
Superior interpersonal skills, able to work cross‐functionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A passion for an active lifestyle.
