Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing&Communications department.
Key Responsibilities
* Social & Community Management: day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn profiles; content planning and publishing; community management; copywriting activities.
* Editorial Planning (PED): development of the editorial calendar, based on collection communication needs and aligned with the commercial calendar, in collaboration with the Retail team.
* Content Creation & Shooting: organization and management of photo shoots for social content production, in collaboration with the creative team and external production agencies.
* Digital PR & Influencer Marketing: identification and selection of content creators for seeding activities; operational management of collaborations (outreach, briefing, product shipping, content monitoring); knowledge and use of influencer marketing platforms.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: ongoing KPI monitoring at both local and international levels; performance analysis across markets to identify best practices and areas for improvement; creation and management of detailed periodic reports.
* International collaboration: support to international partners in the execution of local editorial plans; supervision and quality control of local pages, ensuring content consistency with brand guidelines.
Requirements & Technical Skills
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: previous experience in Social Media Management, preferably within Agencies or Fashion, Beauty and Luxury sectors.
* Platform Experience: proven experience in the professional management of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Data Analysis: strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.); excellent ability to create and interpret complex social media reports.
* Languages: fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
* Product Sensitivity: strong passion for the fashion industry, essential to understand collection dynamics and select the most effective product content to enhance social communication.

Annual gross salary (full-time): € 25,000–€ 29,000, depending on experience and role seniority.
