Design economic proposal to HQ and Retail employees: new hires, promotions, job rotation, etc. Manage the company Salary review Campaign (ICR) and incentive plan annual process. Benchmark analysis of the external market and related salary positioning. Handle the company workforce budget and manage HR cost controlling and labor costs. Manage and monitor company performance evaluation processes, such as annual compensation review and talent appraisal campaigns, providing a solid balance between LVMH requirements and maintaining high market competitiveness. Implement all incentive system plans (Retail and Head‑Office). Design and implement Sephora4You projects (people caring, work‑life balance and company benefits). Supervise welfare services and improve over time following Employees’ needs. Guarantee compliance with LVMH global welfare plans and monitor their local implementation. Coordinate reporting activities in direct collaboration with the Payroll team. Manage all sorts of reporting: annual and monthly reports, employees’ dashboards for Sephora Global, and annual reports for LVMH about employee life cycles, HR KPIs, and all information related to Sephora’s population. Produce local reports for Area Manager, Controlling team and HR Department. Guarantee data quality in all HR Informatics systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Compensation & Bonus professional or in a similar role, at least 3–5 years. Strong analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Corporate/Business Reporting skills.
