Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Administration & Consolidation Accounting Function across foreign entities to ensure reliable, compliant financial data and consolidated reporting.
You will work with cross-border teams to harmonize accounting processes and drive automation across geographies.
You'll handle data closing activities, ensure timely data collection and validation, and participate in month/quarter closings to support Group reporting.
This is a hands-on, international role shaping financial governance at scale.

Coordinate monthly accounting data closing from foreign branches and subsidiaries for consolidation
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection, validation and reconciliation
Support monthly/quarterly closings by uploading data, preparing journals, reconciliation and reporting
Collaborate with Group Controlling, Finance and Tax functions
Contribute to harmonization, efficiency and compliance of accounting processes and Group policies across geographies
Carry out data entry and reconciliation to support foreign hubs or cover temporary gaps
Maintain frequent interaction with local finance teams and external consultants and auditors
Responsibilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
More than 3 years in accounting roles, preferably in multinational or international settings
Knowledge of accounting principles, consolidation closing processes, financial statement analysis, administration techniques, financial analysis and planning, financial risks management
General ledger and journal entries management
Knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tagetik, etc.)
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Additional languages are a plus
Availability to travel
