Würth Italia, a leader in distributing professional fastening products and systems, is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist for our headquarters in CAPENA (RM).
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for drafting analysis documents (project, technical, ROI) necessary to define digitalization projects for the Supply Chain.
Your activities will focus on digitalizing internal procurement processes with suppliers, both existing and prospective.
You will directly listen to internal and external procurement needs and design projects considering the existing IT ecosystem, using technological and logistical tools provided by Würth.
Working with increasing autonomy within cross-functional teams (Logistics, IT, EDI, E-Business, Big Data), you will plan and define technical project specifications aligned with company priorities and objectives.
We expect you to have initiative, a strong growth and improvement mindset, pragmatic attitude, and relevant organizational skills.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in consulting firms or similar in project management, IT solution implementation, or process reengineering.
* Preferably a degree in management engineering, computer science, logistics, or technical fields.
* Experience in drafting technical-functional project documentation.
* English proficiency at B2 level.
* Willingness to travel nationally.
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zucchetti, etc.
* Proficiency in Office suite.
Plus Skills
* Knowledge of B2B Business Integration software such as Seeburger or similar.
* SQL query skills.
* Familiarity with OCI / Punchout interfaces.
* Knowledge of main B2B marketplaces like SAP ARIBA, COUPA, JAGGAER, IUNGO, etc.
* Understanding of formats like EDIFact, XML, CSV, XLS, etc.
* Programming skills in Java or other languages (HTML, CSS, etc.).
