The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and an analytical approach, capable of independently managing accounting processes while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with deadlines. The selected candidate will work on-site and collaborate with the administrative team and external consultants to ensure accurate accounting management in compliance with current regulations. Key activities include budgeting, financial analysis, support during audits, and maintaining the accuracy of financial data in support of the company’s overall operations.ResponsibilitiesManagement of general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payableRecording of ordinary and extraordinary accounting entriesPreparation of adjustment and accrual entriesSupport in the preparation of pre-tax financial statements (preferred)Management of periodic tax obligations (VAT, LIPE, F24)Monitoring of cash flows and bank reconciliationsHandling accounting matters related to import / export (Intrastat, customs, foreign currencies)Preparation and verification of accounting and administrative documentationCollaboration with auditors, tax consultants, and other company departmentsEnsuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulationsRequirementsEducational background: Diploma in Accounting and / or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferable experience in manufacturing or international trade environments)Preferred: competence up to the preparation of pre-tax financial statementsPreferred: experience in import / export companiesIn-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and national accounting principlesProficiency in managing accounting records and preparing financial reportsExcellent knowledge of main ERP management systemsStrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelSoft Skills: exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to manage stress and deadlines effectively, particularly during peak periods (financial closing, tax deadlines)Strong analytical problem-solving skills to resolve accounting discrepancies or inconsistenciesHigh ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and corporate dataEffective communication skills to interact clearly with external consultants, suppliers, and internal departmentsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentAdditional InformationResidence in areas near the company headquarters (Roncadelle - Brescia)Professional certifications (e.g., CPA or equivalent) are considered a plusWorking Hours: 08:30 – 12:30, 14:00 – 18:00What We OfferCompensation aligned with experienceDynamic and structured working environmentProfessional growth opportunities within the administrative areaInvolvement in complex and international accounting processesJ-18808-Ljbffr
