Role Summary The Logistic Manager is a key member of the Industry team, serving as the logistic subject matter expert within the industrial department. Responsible for inbound, outbound, and warehouse management for materials related to our international market footprint. Leads logistic processes and supports cross-functional delivery projects, managing shipping, transportation, and warehouse operations in Italy. Key Responsibilities Lead all logistic activities and warehouse management, overseeing local teams and contracted warehouse resources (3PL). Define, manage, and monitor logistic and transportation plans to support delivery projects. Develop and track KPIs related to logistics flow and warehouse management. Plan and oversee inbound and outbound deliveries, select carriers, negotiate contracts, and research shipping techniques. Supervise logistics, warehouse (3PL), and transportation operations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics, ensuring compliance with laws, import/export regulations, and customs procedures. Manage full order cycle, resolve issues, and support bidding processes by providing logistic insights and cost assessments. Coordinate project deliveries with stakeholders, prepare export documents, and monitor order status. Support annual inventory counts. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, engineering preferred. Minimum 5 years of logistics experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing. Strong knowledge of import/export processes, military material regulations, and customs compliance. Experience managing external logistics partners. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (French, Portuguese, German) are a plus. Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proactive, responsible, collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
