At least 3 years of proven experience in a UX Research roleUX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings into actionable product insightsExperience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setupStrong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setupDesign definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures, user flows, and analysis tools such as customer journeys, empathy maps, shadowing, and usability testingSolid experience with research & analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms, as well as collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, or MuralAgile mindset: familiarity with Agile environments and ability to work iteratively within cross-functional teams
