Our team: We protect and enable the company’s growth by ensuring robust and efficient KYC/KYB operations, with a strong focus on business client onboarding, regulatory checks, and screenings. At the same time, we drive customer success and support by guiding prospects through the onboarding journey, resolving issues quickly, and helping clients unlock the full value of our services. We continuously improve our processes to provide a seamless, compliant, and client-centric experience. We work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and external providers to ensure every step of the customer journey - from onboarding to long-term relationship - is smooth, compliant, and value-driven. In order to help you integrate with the team we offer you:

Your mission :
* Analyze information and documentation provided during the client onboarding funnel, if needed also contacting clients, in order to ensure the completeness and compliance of the informations;
* Provide stellar client support, helping them with account-related inquiries, as well as with account creation requests;
* Help shaping our processes and collaborate in the development of the operations team;
* Act as point of contact for our external support suppliers.
What you’ll bring:
* You have at least 2 year of experience in a similar role;
* You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working in a team;
* You can adapt to different processes and demonstrate autonomy in your work;
* You are empathetic and thrive in communicating with prospects and customers on a daily basis;
* You are Italian native or bilingual, and fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus;
* Experience in fintech would be a plus. Knowledge of Hubspot and Google Sheets would be a big plus.
