Our Deal Strategy team supports M&As, from pre-deal evaluation to post-deal integration or separation, focusing on defining and quantifying all value creation levers. As a team member, you will work closely with lenders, shareholders, and managers at all levels, supporting clients in corporate finance transactions using digital tools and technology in your daily work. Join our team in Milan to gain experience assisting shareholders and management of client companies in solving complex business challenges, from strategy definition to executing value creation initiatives, with a focus on Pre-Deal Business / Operational Due Diligence, Business Planning, and Post-Deal Integration phases. Specifically, you will work on : Business & Strategic Planning : Collaborate with C-level executives to assess the business rapidly and define / quantify improvement actions for investors and stakeholders; Business & Commercial Due Diligence : Analyze business dynamics, market, and competition for potential targets, working with private equity funds and buyers; Synergy assessment and execution : Support clients from quantification to implementation and tracking of synergies in pre- and post-deal phases; Integration & Separation Management Office : Define and drive Day 1 Readiness, D100 Integration plans, and Target Operating Model development. Your Skills and Characteristics - Come As You Are As part of this dynamic team, you will be involved from day one, playing an active role in various projects and liaising with key executives. This opportunity is ideal if you : Have at least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting or within the strategy / business development functions of industrial, consumer, or retail companies, focusing on revenue growth initiatives; Possess a master's degree in business, with additional postgraduate courses in data science, business analytics, or digital innovation preferred; Have a keen interest in pre- and post-M&A deal activities; Are analytical, with the ability to interpret data and KPIs; Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian & English; Are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus; Are flexible to travel within Italy and abroad.
