Sales and Production Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and drive sales growth. This role will involve leading teams of operators and department heads, ensuring efficient production processes, and developing strategies to meet customer demands.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Manufacturing Team Leaders and operators to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs and grow sales revenue.
* Evaluate and optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve product quality.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of experience in sales and production management, preferably in a multinational company or modernly organized reality.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
