We are looking for a responsible and courteous night porter for a hotel in the heart of Vicenza. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and hotel property during the night hours, while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor access to hotel premises during night hours.
- Perform check-in / check-out.
- Respond to emails.
- Manage bookings.
- Perform nightly accounting closures.
- Ensure guests are welcomed and assisted with courtesy.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and guest requests.
- Maintain high standards of security and vigilance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented.
- Availability to work during night hours and weekends.
