This role will play a key part in supporting the Milan office.Core responsibilities include:Client and Portfolio Reporting

Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly consolidated reports for client portfolios, including performance, allocation, and risk analysisCollect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (custodians, fund administrators, life insurance platforms, internal systems)Contribute to the development, improvement and enhancement of automated reporting tools, automation initiatives and dashboards in collaboration with the Tech teamContribute to the collection and preparation of data for monthly and quarterly consolidated family reports
Portfolio Operations and Reconciliation
Support portfolio risk and performance reporting processesInvestigate and resolve reconciliation breaks with custodian banks and administrators
Coordination and Support
Support the team in portfolio monitoring and ad‐hoc data analysis.Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange (custodian banks, life insurance companies, and fund administrators, etc.)Assist with subscription and redemption requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication with all relevant parties.Maintain and update client profiles, including KYC, AML, and suitability documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Who we are looking forOutstanding academic background with a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.Previous experience in a fintech/technology‐based environment or multi‐family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus.Experience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus.Tech‐savvy, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies.Knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations acquired through academic studies.Tools specific to wealth management reporting are considered a plus.Familiarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, or Python) is considered a plus.Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands‐on attitude.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Fluent in English and Italian.Available for a 6‐month internship starting in June 2026.What we offerA paid internship in the heart of Milan lasting six enriching months, will help shape you into a well‐rounded professional.
