RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its office in Ancona or Pescara, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. Mission The role of a Management System Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits. Key Accountabilities
Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits. Manage and contribute to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability. Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary. Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization. Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams/functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education
High School Diploma/GED Bachelor’s Degree in Other
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in audit's planning. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
