The Data Management Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining all Finished Good Item Codes managed by the Company within our systems. This role involves verifying data internally in the ERP and technical databases, as well as externally through dedicated websites, to facilitate the accurate and efficient updating and maintenance of data across global systems. The role manages various product ranges across different business segments, adhering to marketing classifications and safeguarding sensitive information related to finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and IT. Proficiency with the company's primary systems is essential, along with a predisposition for working with large datasets and tools for creating and updating numerous items and data points. During ERP implementations or new company acquisitions, the Data Management Specialist provides crucial support for Item Master migration, collaborating with multiple organizational members.
