About the Role: The intern will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities Perform legal research and assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Support in drafting and updating company contract templates. Contribute to the preparation of legal and contractual documents (confidentiality agreements, amendments, etc). Support corporate governance and trademark management activities. Contribute to the preparation and review of internal policies. Support in ordinary activities of legal department. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field. Required Skills: Fluency in English - written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Preferred Skills: Bar admission and previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered a plus.
