Ph3About the vacancy /h3 pEngineering, Environmental, Health Safety, Packaging, General, Quality, Quality Control, Compliance, Staff, Procurement Supply Chain. /p pEngineering, Environmental, Health Safety, Packaging, General, Quality, Quality, Quality Control, Compliance, Staff, Procurement Supply Chain. /p h3About Your Next Job /h3 pWe are searching for the best talent for abTechnical Lead, Product Artwork /bto be based in The Netherlands (Breda), Belgium (Beerse), Italy (Latina) and Cork, Ireland. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThis role is pivotal in supporting/ driving technical innovation and automation within our Product Artwork (PA) team, ensuring operational excellence and future-readiness. /p pThe selected candidate will serve as a technical and automation subject matter expert (SME), driving artwork automation initiatives, resolving complex technical artwork issues / challenges, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. This role is central to coordinating and troubleshooting all technical aspects of product artwork while embracing change and managing complexity. The candidate will foster strong collaboration and build strategic alliances across Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external business partners to leverage expertise, resources, and best practices. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of artwork operations and play a key role in a major digital and automation transformation. /p h3About Your Skills and Experience /h3 pbQualifications /b /p pbEducation: /b /p pBachelor’s degree required or advanced degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, or Supply Chain preferred. /p pbExperience Skills (Required): /b /p ul liAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical / regulated environment. /li liTechnical automation related experience in artwork, Regulatory Labeling or packaging fields. /li liExperience in coordinating / troubleshooting artwork, Regulatory Labeling packaging design (i.e., variable data, barcode, automated technical template, brief content requirements), Experience in coordinating / creating packaging component technical templates, brief content instructions. /li li2+ years’ experience in production-readiness of artworks (preferably packaging) /li liExperience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, photoshop, Acrobat Pro. /li liAt least 2 years’ exposure to and general understanding of regulatory processes and systems and/or in pharmaceutical packaging, artwork management, or related fields. /li liStrong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to artwork, packaging and labeling in the pharmaceutical or regulatory driven industry. /li liSupply Chain experience, including expertise in value chain, packaging sites, MSAT external vendor management, and/or related areas. /li liKnowledge of E2E performance and metric-based culture within the artwork coordination team. /li liHigh intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and learn artwork processes and how they relate to other supply chain processes as well as impact on customer experience. /li liThe ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity with constraints of schedule and budget. /li liStrong cross-functional business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority, at all levels of the organization, and managing partner relationships with various stakeholder. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /ul pbPreferred: /b /p pLife Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience. /p pFamiliarity with artwork systems (e.g., ArcTiC/ Esko). /p pExperience in setting up KPIs. /p pAnalytical Reasoning, Brand Research, Controls Compliance, Detail-Oriented, EHS Compliance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean Supply Chain Management, Package and Labeling Regulations, Product Packaging Design, Proof Reading Software, Quality Assurance (QA), Safety-Oriented, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Application, Supervision, Supply Planning, Technologically Savvy /p h3You are eligible to work in EU /h3 pWe only accept applicants who are eligible to work in the EU /p pAt Johnson Johnson, we believe health is everything.
