* Position Description
The Data Mgmt - Leave Sr associate will be responsible for maintaining a successful entry of data verification and entry into HRIS and LOAA systems, timekeeping systems, and payroll and pay information from our third party administrators (TPAs). The role will provide data, information and verification related to the workflow of leave of absence processes required for claim management. The associate will perform data entry and processing with accuracy and speed in multiple systems. This person will perform work at various points of the claim process and will follow defined instructions and processes steps.
* Key areas of responsibility
Responsible to provide deep dive research and analysis for Tier I and II Escalation for the DM -LEAVES team.
Perform internal and external audit of data for accuracy and integrity.
Train, educate, and mentor internal team members on tools and resources for adoption within daily work
Coordinate with the internal team resources of compliance, audit and quality, and delivery to ensure high standards for frustration free experience
Match findings with data information in the system for the right outcome.
Understand impacts of defects and how these will impact internal / external interfaces and teams
Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems / process and look for enhancements related to current systems and procedures by providing process improvement ideas and solution
Analyze survey reports and do a Dive Deep analysis on the root cause. Provide biweekly feedback to associate to improve overall team’s performance and reduce learning curve
Able to work within areas of ambiguity and address for the short-term to create standard work and partner with the manager and leads to establish a long-term solution
Conduct refresher training, educate, and mentor internal team members on tools and resources for adoption within daily work based on quality trends identified
Coordinate with the internal team resources of compliance, audit and quality, and delivery to ensure high standards for frustration free experience
Track, measure and report Service Level Commitment (SLC) metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas.

* Proven experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
