In this role, you will deliver exceptional service directly on the beach, combining attentiveness, efficiency, and charm to enhance the guest experience in a luxurious and dynamic environment.You will be responsible for taking and serving orders to beach beds, suggesting premium items, coordinating with bartenders and runners, and maintaining a smooth service flow under the sun, all while respecting our brand's high standards.This is a key front-line position for those who enjoy fast-paced service, guest interaction, and attention to detail, with a focus on sales performance and elevated hospitality.Prerequisites
Experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or upscale resortsStrong communication skills and confident guest interactionFocused on efficiency, upselling, and guest satisfactionAble to stay composed in hot, fast-paced outdoor environmentsTeam-player attitude with attention to timing and coordinationFluent in English; Italian or other languages are a plusRight to work in Italy full-time (no visa sponsorship available)Personal transportation preferred due to locationMust have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
